Returns

Most new, unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

If a return is due to our error — such as receiving an incorrect or defective item — we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for original and return shipping charges.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account.

Most orders are processed within 24 business hours. Orders are processed Monday through Friday during normal business hours.

Shipping Locations

We ship to addresses within the continental United States (lower 48 states). At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or other international destinations. Some products may have additional shipping restrictions, which will be clearly noted at checkout.
